My on-site computer and network support service is charged at AU$50 per hour plus call-out fees. After an initial hour, costs are charged in 15 minute intervals. 　　　　

Call-out fees vary depending on the distance I am travelling. For details, please see below: 　

• Zone1（within 30KM）- AUD$40.00
• Zone2（30KM - 50KM） - AUD$60.00
• Zone3（over 50KM）- AUD$90.00

(For example, if you are located 15KM from my office and took 2 hours services, the total cost is AUD$140.00)

Remote computer support service is charged at AU$30 per 30 minutes. After an initial 30 minutes, costs are charged in 15 minute intervals. 　　　　

(For example, if the issue is resolved within 45 minutes, the total charge is AUD$45.00.)

If you bring your computer to my office by yourself, service costs are charged according to tasks performed. This is very reasonable if jobs are time-consuming.

However, if the issue is network related, it might require site-visiting. Please contact me prior to your visit.

Data wiping 　　　　　

• AU$50 per hard drive
• If old computers are donated, I offer data wiping at free of charge in return
