The human-understandable language is converted to a set of character encodings in order to be processed by a system. However, different character encoding is used between English and Japanese, users often experience miss-configured characters while using computers. In order to resolve miss-configured characters in the system, a support technician should not only possess technical abilities but also bilingual abilities.

Bilingual PC provides professional IT support services by a qualified IT specialist for customers who require bilingual [English – Japanese] computer environments.

There are three elements included in my service, as follows; 　

• Setting up bilingual computer environment in clients’ computers to minimize miss-configured characters
• Service is provided in Japanese or English
• Creating bilingual websites in Japanese and English

I completed various IT courses at TAFE in Western Australia, which included hardware, networking and programming. After completing a diploma in network engineering and a diploma in website development, I completed a university course with a major in computer and network security. In 2009, I achieved a graduate diploma in computer and network security and, the following year, I achieved a master’s degree in digital forensics. 　　　

I have more than eight year hands-on experience in front line IT support. I undertake all work by myself, including assembling PCs, configuring network, various troubleshooting, data recovery, website creation and security optimization.
